Most Alanya apartment doors use a Turkish steel door with a Kale, Yale or similar Euro barrel. Opening without drill is the default. Drilling is last resort and priced before chips fly.
Night lockouts at Kleopatra hotels and Mahmutlar residences are the usual call. Send the building name or a pin.
If you need the cylinder changed after a lost key or a break-in, that is a separate on-site job with stock barrels.

Not if a non-destructive method works. You approve any destructive step first.
How long on site?
A standard opening is minutes after arrival. Cylinder swap adds time for fitting and keys.
